Now at QBCapital, Vibha graduated from Carnegie Mellon and started out as a rotational engineer in late 2014. She is a proponent of internal mobility and believes that respecting and representing her team is synonymous with transparency and equity. She is still learning how to develop diverse, inclusive, culturally-aware, and motivated teams. In her spare time, she runs experiments with her bread machine, participates in puzzlehunts, and has completed over 1,800 NYT crossword puzzles.
