Myrna joined Intuit in 1994 and has worked in the Personal Finance, Professional Tax and Small Business groups. Myrna has over +25 years of customer and project management experience, having led countless Intuit High Performing Teams to complete key initiatives and goals. Today she is a Supportability Manager for Intuit SBSEG and leads a team Supportability specialists whose expert knowledge enables Tier 2, Partners, Content, Training, and resolves complex escalations for Payroll products and services.
The cornerstone of her leadership style has been to encourage, empower and meet people where they are and treating everyone with dignity and respect.
