Iris Piko is Intuit’s Global Pride ERG Leader and Trans Summit Organizer. She currently leads the In Product Discovery team by engaging with 3.5 million customers with value­ adding services inside QuickBooks Desktop. As ERG leader, she helps champion diversity throughout Intuit by focusing on the issues faced by LGBTQ+ colleagues internationally and domestically. She’s passionate about promoting a positive space for LGBTQ+ employees and their existence as ‘out’ individuals in the workplace. Iris has been with Intuit for 5 years and is previously from the Canada office where she launched the first Pride ERG chapter in the Toronto site.
