Originally from the UK Fiona’s career included working as a management consultant for KPMG in London and extensively in the outsourcing industry. Fiona joined Intuit from Microsoft where she led a global support team. In her 9 years with Intuit, Fiona has led Customer Success Experience Delivery, and Operations and Digital Experience. Most recently she moved to lead PCG Customer Success end to end. She is an active member of the Intuit Women’s Network and is Global co-chair for IWN, having led the Plano IWN as co-chair for the last 2 years.
