Gary is on his seventh year at Intuit, where he started in managing our telephony platform as a business analyst in SBSEG. He has continued his role in the tech space where he has managed the evaluation and onboarding for Amazon Connect, the platform used by our experts to connect with our customers, as well as onboarding Smart Look. Since he has managed CRM Experiences in Intuit Customer Success as a Product Manager and has recently moved within Customer Success to manage our Reporting Platform.

Away from work, Gary has been committed to being an ally in the Trans community in San Diego. His oldest came out as Trans two years ago and has only developed a deeper passion to support the rights the Trans community through outreach and in partnering with the newly created Center for Gender Affirming Care at Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego.
