Anubhuti is Manager of Analytics & Insights at Tata Steel with experience in Supply Chain operations and Marketing. She is a former DAAD (German Academic Exchange) Fellow and a Mingle Young LGBTQ+ leader. She founded and leads the LGBTQ+ ERG at Tata Steel and was the catalyst behind an industry-leading LGBTQ+ Policy, the first in an Indian manufacturing company, and has grown to be the face of LGBTQ+ championing in the entire Tata Group.

She has also worked with various organizations and publications to try and make Corporate India and the society a more welcoming place for LGBTQ+ Employees.
