Tanner Arnold is a member of Intuit's Transgender Advisory Board, helping the company work towards creating a great place to work for all transgender and non-binary employees. Tanner believes that through his privilege to be visible as a trans man, he can help make the world better for those who may not be able to be out in their workplace or at home. Tanner has worked to add third gender options and remove references to binary genders in verbiage within QuickBooks Payroll products. Tanner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University.
