Trans+ 101

Learn from Jamie Henkel, Director of Learning and Inclusion at PFLAG National! This educational session provided facts about the Trans+ and nonbinary experience, closed knowledge gaps, and corrected some of the inaccurate or misleading information seen in the media.

Inclusion's Role in Recruiting Gen Z and Alpha Talent

Many young professional (think Gen Z) in industries like technology and finance view the inclusion of Trans+ and nonbinary individuals as a requirement. In this session, Intuit's leadership and GenderCool champions guided external attendees on how to create an inclusive culture

Practical Application

Making an action plan is an important next step. In this session we discussed how you as an ally, leader, and member of the trans+ community can learn from and about, support the growth of, and continue to build the community.
